Dr. Reardon works as Associate Professor in the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health Department of Psychiatry. Her clinical practice is at the University of Wisconsin's University Health Services, where she works as Consulting Psychiatrist for UW Badger Athletics. She has been on the ISSP Board of Directors since 2010, and Co-Edited the 2013 textbook titled "Clinical Sports Psychiatry: An International Perspective". She is Co-Chair of the International Olympic Committee's Workgroup on Mental Illness in Elite Athletes and Co-Program Director of the International Olympic Committee's Diploma Program on Mental Health in Elite Sport. Dr. Reardon serves on the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association's Sports Medicine Advisory Committee and as the President of the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation. She has published and presented widely on a variety of topics within sports psychiatry. She is also very interested in teaching and mentoring; she directs the quality improvement curriculum for the University of Wisconsin psychiatry residency, serves as the physician leader in the advocacy curriculum at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, and serves as the Psychiatry Student Interest Group Faculty Advisor there as well.
